Introduction

Welcome to NESTOR. These terms govern your use of our website and pre-launch reservation systems. By accessing our site, joining our waitlist, or applying to become a partner, you agree to these terms.

NESTOR is a premium doorstep pet care service owned and operated in Pune, Maharashtra. We bring certified veterinary assistance, pet grooming, and behavioral training directly inside the security of your home.

Service Availability

We launch Western Pune operations starting August 2026. Our primary launch zones are Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, Wakad, Bavdhan, Hinjewadi, and Pashan.

If you reside outside these primary suburbs, you may still submit your waitlist application, but service fulfillment is subject to operational expansion schedules. Submitting a waitlist form does not guarantee service availability at your specific address.

Booking Requests

Pre-launch waitlist registrations secure your position for early booking invites. When bookings open, all appointments will be requested and confirmed based on the availability of qualified veterinary assistants or grooming specialists in your area.

While we strive to accommodate your requested timeframes, bookings are only finalized after a care coordinator verifies scheduling details with you on WhatsApp or phone.

Early Access Program

Our Early Access Program offers limited pre-launch benefits, including flat 25% launch discounts, lifetime priority scheduling, and early platform access.

Joining the waitlist is free, and no advance payments are collected. Early access benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to active service deployment in our launch suburbs.

User Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and stress-free care session for both your pet and our visiting specialists, you agree to:

• Provide an honest, accurate record of your pet's vaccination status, medical history, and behavioral tendencies (including aggression or severe fear triggers).
• Ensure a safe, accessible working space in your home (e.g. bathroom, balcony, or living area with water/electrical access where applicable) for grooming and nursing sessions.
• Be present (or ensure an authorized adult representative is present) during the entire duration of the doorstep service.

Service Limitations

NESTOR's doorstep services are designed for wellness checks, hygiene styling, routine vaccinations, and minor nursing care.

Critical Care & Emergencies: We do not provide emergency trauma surgery, active toxicity treatments, or critical care life support. In the event of a severe emergency, you must transport your pet directly to a fully equipped veterinary hospital.

Pricing Disclaimer

All pre-launch pricing lists displayed on our site are transparent estimates. The final cost of services is subject to the specific size, coat condition, breed, and customized needs of your pet. All confirmed pricing will be itemized and shared with you before our specialist arrives at your home.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We coordinate coordinates and schedules carefully to respect everyone's time. You can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the session without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a minor rescheduling fee to compensate our visiting specialist. Detailed terms are available in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The text, custom graphics, mascot logos, brand typography, and interactive digital elements (including our digital storybook) on this website are the intellectual property of NESTOR. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our assets without our express written permission.

Limitation Of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet, pets can react unpredictably to grooming, needles, or strangers. NESTOR, its partners, and visiting specialists are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, sudden illness, or stress-related flare-ups that occur during or after standard, professional care sessions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
