• Area / Location: We collect your local suburb in Pune (such as Baner, Balewadi, Aundh, etc.) to plan our operational hubs, verify service availability, and route our doorstep specialists.
• Pet Information: To deliver safe, custom care, we collect your pet's name, type (dog, cat, or other companion), breed details, age, temperament notes, and vaccination logs.

How We Use Information

Your information is used strictly to power the NESTOR doorstep care experience:

• To reserve your Early Access slot and priority booking benefits.
• To verify service availability in your neighborhood.
• To match your pet's specific grooming or healthcare needs with a qualified specialist.
• To generate your digital Early Access Pass and vaccination credentials.
• To notify you about changes to schedules or launch timelines.

Marketing Communication Preferences

We value your time. We will never spam you. We send pre-launch updates, safety warnings, and booking scheduling alerts via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

If you no longer wish to receive pre-launch notifications, you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to our WhatsApp messages, clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails, or contacting our team at hello@nestor.co.in.

Data Security

We take protectiveness seriously. Your data is stored securely using modern encryption. We limit internal access to your personal information to only those operations managers and coordinators who require it to schedule and oversee your pet's care.

• Supabase: We use Supabase (a secure database platform) to encrypt and store your waitlist entries, partner applications, and contact submissions.
• Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to study how users navigate our site so we can improve readability and loading speeds. Google Analytics does not compile personally identifiable information.
• WhatsApp: We use WhatsApp Business APIs to send quick updates, slot allocations, and chat directly with you.
